Through the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) office, low interest loans are available for signage and building improvements for eligible businesses. Priorities will be given to: Vacant Buildings Visual Impact Elimination of code deficiencies and energy conservation Building to be totally rehabilitated Job Creation The maximum loan amount is $35,000 for building improvements and $5,000 for signage.
